This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Jovany Sabilla storefront, operated by ALIEL THINK LLC.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and United States federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Orders may require additional processing time during:

Holidays.
Sales or high-volume periods.
Severe weather or emergencies.
Inventory delays.
Address or payment verification.
Product customization or special handling.

When an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping destinations

We ship only to locations that are available as shipping options during checkout.

The availability of a country, state, territory, postal code, military address, or post-office box may depend on the product and carrier.

We may cancel and refund an order when we cannot legally or practically deliver it to the submitted address.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

Shipping charges may depend on:

Destination.
Product weight and dimensions.
Selected delivery speed.
Carrier rates.
Number of shipments.
Special handling requirements.

Free-shipping promotions, when offered, are subject to the conditions displayed with the promotion.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times shown during checkout or in order communications are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delivery begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, government action, emergencies, or incorrect addresses.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us immediately at ayatpayoneer@gmail.com if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

If an order is returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, refused, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order is resent.

Multiple shipments

Products in the same order may ship separately because of availability, warehouse location, carrier restrictions, or product size.

When an order is divided into multiple shipments, separate tracking numbers may be provided.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it may take time after shipment for the carrier’s system to display movement.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Confirm that the shipping address is correct.
Check entrances, mailrooms, lockers, porches, and other safe locations.
Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception personnel.
Contact the carrier using the tracking number.

We will assist with reasonable carrier inquiries or claims. A replacement or refund will depend on the investigation, available evidence, applicable carrier coverage, and applicable law.

Damaged packages

Photograph visible package damage before opening the parcel when possible.

Your order number.
Photographs of the outer packaging.
Photographs of the shipping label.
Photographs of the damaged product.
A description of the damage.

Keep the packaging and damaged product until we confirm that they may be discarded.

Lost shipments

A shipment may be treated as lost after the carrier confirms the loss or after the carrier’s applicable investigation period has passed.

When appropriate, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution after reviewing the claim.

International orders

When international shipping is offered, the recipient may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, brokerage charges, or other government fees.

Such charges are not included in the product price or ordinary shipping charge unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Customs processing may delay delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their destination.
