Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from the Jovany Sabilla storefront, operated by ALIEL THINK LLC.

Return period

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• In its original packaging, where applicable.
• Accompanied by the receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
• Free from damage caused after delivery.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please include your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

After reviewing the request, we will provide return instructions. Do not send a product to our business address unless we have authorized the return and provided instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an unwanted product, ordering the wrong product, or changing their mind.

ALIEL THINK LLC will pay or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required because the product was:

• Defective.
• Damaged upon arrival.
• Incorrectly shipped.
• Materially different from the product ordered.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost before reaching the authorized return destination.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Contact us as soon as possible if the product is defective, damaged, missing components, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging when possible.

We will review the matter and may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Non-returnable products

The following products may not be eligible for return unless defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by law:

• Gift cards.
• Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.
• Products marked “final sale” before purchase.
• Downloadable or digital products after they have been accessed or downloaded.
• Perishable products.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Opened personal-care, intimate, cosmetic, or hygiene-sensitive products when they cannot safely be resold.
• Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

Any special return restriction will be disclosed on the applicable product page or before checkout.

Refunds

Once a return is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Partial refunds

A partial refund may be issued when permitted by law if a returned product:

• Is missing parts or accessories.
• Has been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
• Is damaged for reasons not caused by ALIEL THINK LLC.
• Is returned in packaging or condition that materially reduces its value.

We do not charge a standard restocking fee.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us before returning the product.

Depending on availability, we may arrange a direct exchange or ask you to return the original product and place a new order.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation before an order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order enters fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. You may instead request an eligible return after delivery.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any return, refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
